Our Returns Policy

We want you to love your jewellery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalised or custom-made jewellery
  • Items that have been worn or damaged after delivery
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at infoekijewellery@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
